Classes for Children

Our aim with the childrens' classes is to teach them to dance and mix socially with other children in a fun way. If you have relaxed, happy children they will learn so much better.

Listed below are the classes we offer:

Freestyle and Rock & Roll class

Every Monday, between 5:00 and 5:45 pm.

Admission £4.

NEW Streetdance class for Children 5 yrs to 8 yrs

Commencing Monday 20th Feb. Taught by Heather Waldron (Qualified Dance Consultant).

Every Monday, between 5:45 and 6:30 pm.

Admission £4.

Salsa for juniors

Every Monday, between 7:00 and 7:30 pm.

Admission £2.50.

Rosette class for 3 yrs to 6 yrs

In Ballroom, Latin, Freestyle and Rock & Roll. Taken by Diane and Heather Waldron (Qualified Dance Consultant).

Every Tuesday, between 5.30 and 6.00 pm. Admission £2.50.

Streetdance and Hip Hop

Also taught by Heather Waldron (Qualified Dance Consultant).

Every Tuesday, between 6.00 and 7.00 pm.

Admission £4.

Musical Theatre class

Taken by Qualified Dance Consultants Louisa Kelleher and Victoria Sketchley, children will be taken through performance skills, dance, acting and musical items from shows such as Oliver, Annie, Grease etc.

Every Wednesday, between 6.00 and 7.00 pm. Admission £4.

Saturday morning junior dance club for 7 yrs+

Taught by Diane, with Qualified Dance Consultants Liz Mois, Louisa Kelleher and Victoria Sketchley.

Every Saturday, between 10.30am and 12 noon. Admission £4.50.

Also..

We hold I.D.T.A. examinations three times a year for those children who wish to take a dance medal with a Showcase Presentation shortly afterwards where the children have the opportunity to showcase their dancing to their parents, grandparents etc. after which they are presented with their trophies.
